This Privacy Policy explains how Sukli App handles information on Android and iOS devices. By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and understood this Policy. Sukli App is a privacy-first, offline POS and tindahan management app for sari-sari stores, karinderya, and small businesses across the Philippines — account registration, cloud syncing, and internet access are not required to use core features.
Sukli App helps Filipino business owners manage sales and POS transactions, automatic sukli computation, utang tracking and partial payments, daily sales monitoring, customer payment records, and basic business summaries. All information generated through these features is stored locally on your device. Unless you personally export, transfer, back up, or share it, it never leaves your device.
Sukli App follows a minimal-data principle. We do not operate central servers that receive or store your business information.
If you contact us through email, app store reviews, or any official channel, we receive only what you choose to share — used solely to assist you.

No business data is automatically uploaded to external servers under any circumstance.
You can review or change permissions at any time through your device settings.
The App does not sell information, integrate ad SDKs, use your data for advertising, share records with data brokers, or participate in behavioral advertising ecosystems.
Distribution relies on platforms operated by third parties: Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and your device manufacturer / OS provider. These third parties operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
File creation is always user-initiated. When you choose to export, back up, or share business data, you become responsible for the security of those files. Any external storage (USB, SD card, email, third-party cloud) is governed by those providers' privacy policies.
Information you voluntarily provide through support channels is used only for diagnosing technical issues, answering feature questions, bug reporting, and customer service. Never sold, never used for advertising.
We hold no copies of your business data on external servers — there is no remote deletion request needed.
Sukli App is intended for adult business owners. It is not designed for or marketed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction).
Sukli App is designed to respect the principles of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Because business data resides only on your device, you maintain direct control and may at any time access, correct, delete, or export your data.
